Adding vowelled letters to win98se, like Xp Previously using Win98 to download music files,I quite often got error notice--The system cannot find files specified-- On checking the individual files I found that some had ?e instead of French accented 'e'. To download majority of file I had to skip these files.After I installed your program . I found that these files had the correct accented letters. I was then able to download these files without difficulty. It is an excellent program,and has installed Pan-European facilities similar to XP.Thank you. Reuven Ben-Daniel

Didn`t work...will be removed from my PC The prog was installed but unfortunately, nothing changed even though the preferred language was listed in the OS choices, the undesired language is still the system language and only freshly installed progs are in the correct language but this would be done without LanguageSwitch. I guess it's true. A system language cannot be changed in WIN98 without a complete re-install of the OS. It is also very difficult to find language packs for no longer supported windows OSes.

Very nice program. Very accurate. I have checked my ISP with it. Shows good realtime speed graphs in convinient way. I have used it with another prog - to limit traffic when I don\'t need it. Perfect

Excellent overview With this program I can easily see all the processes running and how they use my internet connection.I've also the possibility to control my uploads when I use a peer-to-peer program. Otherwise I cannot surf on internet as all my brandwith is used.This is for this functionnality that this program has be recommended to me.Thanks then. Because it works well.

Stick to your budget, stay within limits I was looking for a tool that helped me control Internet traffic, since my ISP allows only 1 GB of free traffic per month. NetLimiter did so much more than I expected! It not only monitors - both traffic volume and contents - but actually limits Internet traffic, thus helping me keep within budget... Congratulations, NetLimiter team! Keep up the good work!

Probably good...but ... I tried the demo, it downloaded, ran and uninstalled OK. Looks like the password would have been correct but there are other tools that did what I needed for a much lower cost ... that were at least as easy to use.If I had a recurring need, maybe this would be OK ... as a one time need ... it's hard to justify ...
